1. Packaging & Shipping

The faux tree will be broken down into sections for shipping to ensure safety. Once received, simply splice the branches and make minor adjustments according to the instructions to restore the desired height.

Our trees are shipped in separate pieces, and the branches and leaves can be adjusted to your preference. The photos were taken after careful adjustments to achieve the full look, and with some minor adjustments after unpacking, your tree will look just as full.

We take shipping safety seriously. If your tree is damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@lyerse.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.

2.Product Care & Support

We recommend choosing a suitable pot based on your home style to enhance the decoration. We also offer a range of artificial trees that come with planters for your convenience.

To keep the tree in the best condition, we recommend gently wiping the branches with a damp cloth. If any branches are slightly bent, you can gently adjust them to maintain the tree's appearance.

Our artificial trees are designed for indoor use. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to protect the tree's appearance and quality.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the product you received is faulty or not what you expected, you can contact us at info@lyerse.com within the return window for an exchange or refund.
